Who issues the electronic vehicle passport (EPTS)?

The electronic passport is issued after release. We prepare the documents, match the VIN and engine number against the declaration, and file the data.

Timing depends on system load and document accuracy. We give the exact timing after release rather than promising “one day” up front.

With the EPTS the car is registered with the traffic police. Our Russian office can support that stage.
