Paperwork for a car from China
The document set depends on the route and destination country. Below is the baseline the buyer receives, and when each document appears.
Contract and invoice
The deal is formalised with Anhui Zhongsu Luosi Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. The package includes an invoice and the agreed estimate.
Export documents
Export declaration and packing list. Copies are sent right after filing.
Transport documents
The original bill of lading goes by courier, copies immediately after dispatch. The container or wagon number is sent to your messenger.
Russian paperwork
Customs clearance, the electronic passport and the documents for registration. The traffic police set is prepared after release.
What the buyer keeps
Contract, invoice, export and transport documents, e-passport and clearance papers. Electronic copies are duplicated.
The exact list depends on the route and the destination country requirements. It is fixed in the contract before payment.
